Welcome to the website of the University of Kent Rowing Club! Since our establishment in 1966, we have a proud tradition of introducing students of all abilities to the sport of rowing,

We are a committed, dedicated and hard working club with ambition to compete alongside the best clubs in the country with our resources at hand. We train hard throughout the year, including a week long winter training camp in Canterbury, and a three week training camp over Easter in preparation for the BUCS Regatta. Coached by alumni and resident coaches during the year, and guest alumni during training camps, the club has a solid coaching structure.

In the past few years the club has seen success competing at a number of prestigious races, including The Womens Henley Regatta. The club has also had notable success at a number of other races. In the past year alone we have had crews winning at The Boston Marathon, Medway Head, Bedford Small Boats Head and the Star Regatta.
